Falling Leaves Grid Wide Treasure Hunt Applications

Applications are open for this hunt now and until October 1st 2009. If you would like to apply for your shop to be a part of the Falling Leaves gridwide hunt please read this form, complete the application below and return it to Rosie Lavochkin by no later than Thursday October 1st . The hunt begins Saturday November 1st and will run until Tuesday December 1st.

We ask that ALL applications are submitted no later than Thursday October 1st SLT. If you want to be one of the first shops in the hunt, get those applications in as soon as you can! We will be accepting a maximum of 200 stores in the hunt.

Please keep your hunt items within 25 metres from the landing point... do feel free to move your hunt item as often as you like, especially if it's being found too quickly or someone publishes the locations.

If you rent, rather than own, your own shop that is fine - but it's up to you to clear your participation with your landlord.

Please only offer your own work as prizes, not reseller items. Using full perms sculpt maps, textures etc is fine - so long as you make it your own.

Please make your item either unisex or one for the men and one for the women - men are notoriously badly served in grid hunts and many couples like to go hunting together!

There will be a walk through a few days before the hunt - we'll make every attempt to contact you if your hunt items aren't in order - but sadly we WILL have to exclude anyone who isn't in order 48 hours before the hunt begins for the sake of everyone's sanity :)
